Our Guarantee

At C.A.P.S. Road Materials we guarantee our workmanship as follows:

  • We guarantee satisfaction upon completion.
  • Any broken areas or sub base failure will be patched free of charge for one year.
  • We guarantee 90% water runoff.
  • All paved driveways are treated with vegetation killer. No guarantee that vegetation will not recur.

Additional Details:

  • Guarantee covers patching only. Driveways will not be torn out or resurfaced.
  • Driveways are guaranteed for automobile traffic only -- NO TRUCKS!

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All jobs completed in a workman like manner according to standard practice . Any alteration or deviation from the contract specifying extra cost, will be executed only upon written orders and will become an extra charge over and above the original estimate . All agreement contingent upon strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control owner to carry fire, tornado, and other necessary insurance. All thicknesses are to be interpreted as a average .

Take Care Of Your New Pavement...

  • Be careful with sharp objects on new pavement. (ladders, chairs, etc.)
  • Don't let oil or gas drip on your drive
  • Never operate power steering while car is parked
  • Guarantee void if job does not remain in contract
